Printing Suggestions:
The standard cards are designed to print on 4 × 6 inch index cards, making them quick and easy to create at home.
You may also:
• Print on cardstock
• Print on regular paper and cut them yourself
• Resize them to suit your preferred card size
• Laminate for long-lasting use
• Place on a binder ring
• Display in a frame or on a small easel
For the standard 4 × 6 cards, I recommend:
Print the front design (the hippie squirrel with the guitar) on all of your cards.
Flip the cards over.
Print the 30 affirmation backs on the reverse side.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contactus@thistleandspear.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. We have a 30-day limited return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contactus@thistleandspear.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
What is the return process if it meets the requirments?
If you received a wrong or damaged item, follow these steps:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long do refunds take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
